Refund policy

At Cardinal & Wren, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order isn't quite right, here's how returns and refunds work.

• Right to Return
  You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. This 14-day period starts on the day you (or someone you've named) receives the product.
  
  
• Product Condition
  To receive a full refund, please return the item unused, in its original condition and original packaging. You're welcome to inspect the product the way you would in a shop — but items that show signs of use beyond that may be eligible for a reduced refund reflecting the loss in value, in line with EU consumer protection rules.
  
  
• How to Start a Return
  Contact us via the contact form on our Contact page within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number. We'll confirm your return and provide instructions on where to send the item.
  
  
• Return Shipping Costs
  Because we offer free shipping on all orders, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
  
  
• Refund Processing
  Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund within 3 business days. If the item is received in good, unused condition, you'll receive a full refund of the purchase price to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
  
  
• Non-Refundable Costs
  Original shipping charges (where applicable) are non-refundable.
